This is my second purchase (Xmas pressie for my hubby) because I love mine so much! I bought one on the service of an osteopath who treated a very sore and achey shoulder, and she told me hear was my friend. She was spot on, and I apply the bag after exercise which really relieves my symptoms. It's also wonderful to relax with at the end of a busy day (and a quick blast in the microwave is so much cheaper than turning up the heating a notch!) I couldn't be without it now!
