My wonderful husband bought me one of these as he thought it might help me relax in the evenings. Well, now I have a new nighttime routine that I couldn't live without! I strap the mask on and settle down with some nice nature/meditation sounds and my stress just melts away! The mask is very comfortable and stays warm for a good amount of time. I'd also recommend buying one of the washable cases too keep it in, as hygiene is very important when it comes to eyes. (Maggie, 18/04/2024)

Brilliant product nice size for a large dog.. he loves it and he likes it placed on his lower back as advised from his physiotherapist due to his arthritis. I purchased this for my 90 year old mother as a safer alternative to filling a hot water bottle. She has limited strength now in her hands to hold a kettle full of boiling water and to secure the stopper in the bottle. She has used it successfully giving her some relief to her back pain and is happy with how easy it is to heat. I bought the cover as an addition but she finds it a bit fiddly to put back on after heating the bag, so in retrospect, I probably needn't have bought this. (Maureen , 22/03/2024)
