Heat treatment - I have a rotator cuff condition for which I am having physiotherapy exercises. The Physio suggested applying a hot water bottle to the shoulder area. It was not very effective. I was recommended to try a Wheat Bags pack and have been using it for the last couple of weeks. It is easy to apply, is really effective and relieves the aches and pains. Love this pillow - I got this pillow after watching on line a video recommending using a buckwheat sleep pillow for sleeping and positioning my head properly. I chose to have the lavender scented pillows as I love using lavender. Very pleased with my pillow. Personally I am sleeping better and in a good position to help my back and arm pain. Good relief for frozen shoulder pain - Fast delivery, easy to use, good shape for wrapping over my shoulder and down my upper arm. It does feel quite heavy on my shoulder. So cute! - These heart shaped packs are ridiculously sweet! They're actually a really handy shape for my neck and period pain too. They don't hold heat quiiiiite as well as corduroy heat packs but they're still very good and they're so cute that I don't even care. Extra Large Rectangle Heat Pack - Very happy with my purchase. The quality of the product is excellent as is the service provided by the company.
