Arthritis is a condition that affects millions of people worldwide and is one of the most common causes of disability where heat and warmth can feel very soothing.
Although there is no actual cure for arthritis there are ways to help ease the pain and swelling. Arthritis is a form of joint disorder that results in one or more joints suffering from inflammation and is often caused as a result of trauma to the specific joint, infection or simply brought on by age. Most people suffering from arthritis have the common complaint of joint pain, which can often be constant and localised to the joint affected.
This pain can be caused by inflammation that occurs around the joint, damage that is brought on by disease, daily wear and tear of the joint and also muscle strains that come from forceful movements against stiff and painful joints and often fatigue.
