So, so comfortable to go to bed with - Having an ongoing neck and shoulder problem this bag has helped my control my discomfort. I used to take ages to get to sleep and find a comfortable position, but sitting in bed reading for half an hour with this lovely warmth around my neck has enabled me to get to sleep as soon as my book gets put down. So relaxing! - I purchased this wheaty bag for my eyes as they get very sore and tired by the end of the day. I warm it in the microwave and take it to bed and lie back and relax. Its great. Good product - I ordered this because I had dry itchy eyes and have found it very soothing. It is easy to use, the fleece is nice and soft, the lavender smells divine and the product seems well made. DRY EYES - Just a quick review having being diagnosed with Chronic Dry Eye Syndrome my optician recommended one of these.Really helps ease the sorness and gritty feeling in my eyes.Have also used a back pad for years for chronic back pain excellent products. (P Morrison, 07/10/2011)

Excellent personalisation - I purchased two wheat bags and requested they be personalised. They are very well made and I like the fact that the wheat is in sections so it does not all fall to one side. I also like the fact that I could choose NOT to have lavender included. Highly recommended - These producats are a great innovation. They are easy to use and the intensity of the heat generated by the microwaved wheat does a great job of soothing stiffness or pain. WheatyBag for the neck - This is an excellent product, very well made and comfortable to wear. It retains it's heat well and the design means that your shoulders also benefit from the warmth. very soothing - I am suffering from very dry eyes and my optician recommended that I buy one of these wheatbags. The optician tried to sell me a wheatpack which cost approx £20 so I was glad I held off and bought from the more reasonably priced Wheatybags. Good size heat pack that lasts and lasts! - Probably the largest wheat bag that you could realistically put in a microwave. Simply fold over the shoulder extensions and place in a microwave. Our microwave is 800W and I found 2 minutes 30 seconds was sufficient to give a good heat for this size pack. Fits comfortably around the neck and provides enough shoulder and upper back warmth to help with tired neck muscles and upper arm aches. Even after 30 minutes the pack was still warm enough to be of effect and the lavender helps to mask the wheat whiff! Not sure if it would be safe to heat this for any longer without risk of burning. I do occasionally stand a small glass of water in the corner of the microwave whilst heating to prevent the pack from drying out too much. WheatyBags.co.uk offer a very efficient service and delivery, although it would be nice if the instructions for heating were more specific to this particular pack. Definitely much better than those so called chemical heat packs you buy in your local chemist. The shoulder bags also help to retain the pack in place on your neck and prevent it slipping off. Shoulder Heat Pad - I purchased this item on advice of my physio after a car accident. This product has been absolutely wonderful in helping my recovery from a car accident. Heat pack, Back - My Stepmum, aged 83, was in agony with back pain, which rendered her almost immobile. She has been suffering with arthritis in all her leg and arm joints (which swell horribly) for a few years now and this for her, was just unbearable. The doctor had advised that she have a hot water bottle placed against her back to give relief. This worked, but only for a short time and the added problem was that she was not able to refill the hot water bottle herself, so she was dependant on waiting for visitors to do this for her. Now that she has the wheaty bag she is able to pop it into the microwave herself whenever she needs to and the size and shape is perfect to afford her maximum relief. (anonymous, 06/09/2011)

wheaty bag - Purchased a fleece covered microwavable wheaty bag for my 83year old mum who has been having pain/discomfort in her lower back. She was recommended to try one by her physiotherapist. My mum pops it into the microwave and whilst watching the television or sitting reading, she places it along the problem area. She has found it to be beneficial in that the warmth from the wheaty bag is helping to ease the pain. Also, the size of the bag is just the right length to place in position. Wheaty Eye Mask - I have suffered with dry eyes / irritated eyes for some years. I was recommended to try the wheat eye mask. Not having much hope as I've tried so many things from washing my eyes with baby shampoo to a consultant giving me eye drops, what could this do? What could it do...oh bliss, such comfort lying with the warm bag on my eyes and a feeling of instant relief from the constant feeling of shampoo mixed with grit in my eyes.
