i purchased this for my 89 year old mother to ease her neck and shoulders. The shape and size is perfect as the weight is distributed across her neck back and shoulders. Love my wheatybag eye mask, put it on warm before bed and sometimes throughout the day. I suffer with dry eye and this does help when symptoms are worse. Thankyou so much for giving my eyes some comfort will definetely use this site again (Beckie, 31/01/2013)

These Wheat Bags are great for warming the bed before getting in and can be placed anywhere needed, eg feet. The centre seam means the contents remain spread full length of the bag. Two minutes in the microwave is quick and easy. The heat is retained for several hours. I feel they are much safer than hot water bottles and more convenient. (Jenny, 30/01/2013)

It's taken me a very long time to find the ideal wheaty bags and I've now found them with Wheaty Bags! At last, someone who understands the importance of having the wheat in channels, of using a good quality material for the inner bag and offers some jazzy covers as well! Customers, and also my Mother by chance have told us time and again how they love our heat pack that contains wheat for warming the eyes to help with many dry eye conditions. What I did find interesting, also from my Mother (she has very dry eyes) and also from the internet research we have made was that Linseeds, or Flax as it is commonly known is reputed to be good for use in microwave heat packs as the natural oil from the seeds help with these conditions, and also MGD. It would be worth taking a look in our Conditions and Ailments section to have a read of the MGD research we have done in writing our article and then considering our microwave heat pack. Bought this for my Father in Law. He is disabled and really feels the cold so this is ideal for laying across his legs or using as a cushion to keep him warm. He also finds it useful for easing muscle aches and pains too. This is a versatile product and the removable cover is an added bonus, topped off by swift delivery. Bought the pink & brown hooties for my children. They are lovely as cuddly toys & great for warming their beds when it's cold. They are so much safer than hot water bottles and I like the fact that you can control how hot they are. I put one in for 50 sec just to warm it slightly for my youngest. I purchased the small wheatybags to fit into a back support. Although advertised as for hands etc they fit perfectly into the back support 'pocket'. Obviously becaused they are small the heat does not last as long as larger ones but that is a small price to pay for having 'bags' which actually fit. I am very very pleased. These Wheat Bags are fantastic. We purchased 4 of them for our grandchildren as part of their Christmas presant and they are over the moon with them. They are allowed to use the microwave to heat them for themselves but were not allowed to boil a kettle for obvious reasons. They are so much safer than an ordinary hotwater bottle, for young and old alike. Apart from the safty aspect, the price is briliant, the best that I found on the web. The delivery was excellent, it only took a couple of days from placing the order. If there were more stars for the rating you would get them. (Chris Baker, 01/01/2013)
