shoulder upper back and neck area's - simply fantastic wouldn't be without one. having chronic arthritis in spine etc etc I find ice packs helpful with the inflammation but using wheaty bag is so comforting and pain relieving i'd be lost without it, cannot recommend enough..... My wheaty cushion - I am very pleased with my wheaty bag purchase. As a musician I get a very sore neck and shoulders and I have found that if I heat up my wheaty bag in the microwave and relax with it after a hard day's music teaching, it really helps undo the knots and lets me sleep much better. Used several times daily - Bought for father-in-law who is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and has a lot of pain in his neck and shoulder.. The hospital suggested that he try using the wheatybag alongside his painkillers.. Since he got it he has heated it and sat it on his shoulder several times every day. An old tradition renewed - I bought the cherry stone version for a friend of mine who has a frozen shoulder. I remembered that, as children, the Dutch au pair girls who came to help my mother used to make cotton bags filled with cleaned,boiled and dried plum stones, which we heated in a low oven and used as hot water bottles. The friend is delighted with the cherry stone bag as it is lighter than the wheat version. I shall now order one for myself. (Simone, 28/08/2015)

Having physiotherapy we noticed the large size and shaped bags they used. I found wheaty bags online and decided to invest in both a large size/divided sections one for my husbands back and a T shaped one for my shoulders and upperback. Great for Aches and Pains - Got this to soothe my aches and pains acquired through sport. So far just used it as a heat source not as a cool source. Fits nicely under my thigh and also fits nicely over shoulder. Heats up quickly but not to hot and maintains heat for quite a while. It's made well and has a comforting wheaty aroma when warm! Well Made Product - Only had the bag a few days but it seems well made, the fleece is very soft (would recommend) and comes with instructions of how long and how to heat / cool. Excellent item - I bought a linseed eye mask heat pack & have used it often to help relieve dry eyes, but its an added bonus that it feels so good I use it as a way to relax after a hard days work. Best heat pad for my eyes that I have ever used - I have an eye condition that requires me to use a heated pad on my eyes every day. I was flying with only cabin luggage which meant I couldn't take the gel pack that I usually use. Having tried the wheaty bag, it is much more comfortable with a more even heat than the gel pack.
