Excellent product - Excellent value and excellent for incorporating heat into massage therapy treatments (Malcolm, 25/07/2017)

Choice of shapes, colours and sizes means we can have exactly what we want. - We thought we wanted a wheat bag in the shape of a cushion, but then found the ones shaped like an old hot water battle, and ordered one, and we get a second free. We paid for standard delivery and we were kept updated (by email) on progress of the order up until dispatch, and then the order arrived quicker than expected. The wheat bags are exactly the same to use as any other, except the cover is removable, so easy to wash. The enclosed instructions suggest the bags will be moist when removed from the microwave on the first few uses. So we have warmed the bags a few times without the removable cover, and this enables the bags to dry out quicker. The only thing that could have been better, is if we could have chosen a different colour for the free of charge wheat bag, as both bags are exactly identical (in fairness we knew this to be the case when ordering on the website). There is no reason why you shouldn't order from Wheatybags, they appear to provide an excellent customer experience. (CMO, 22/07/2017)

Pure heaven in a bag! - I'm recovering from shoulder surgery which has now developed into a frozen shoulder and is very painful, the best delivery ever was my wheat bag, it's been sat on my shoulder since it arrived and is doing its job brilliantly at soothing the pain. The bag is really well made and the fleece material so soft and buy one get one free is great because I can have one heating up while wearing the other! I would highly recommend these. Dry eyes - My optometrist recommended using this eye mask because my vision was being affected by dry eyes causing murky tears. I used this mask for three weeks and then had another appointment to check the results. The optometrist was very impressed with the improvement and I will continue to use this mask on a daily basis. So much relief - I use the wheat bag daily to help alleviate pain in the neck and shoulder area. It's a perfect shape and really helps, I spend a fair bit of my working day sitting at a desk and the wheatbag is easy to use without dropping off. Service was exteremely fast too. I've used these for a while now & wouldn't use any other brand - I use them for my chronic backache they are perfect & supply such comfort& relief when I'm in discomfort. I get removable covers with mine & this is an addition that I like, they are extremely good quality & the service is second to none. Muscle relaxant - My husband has very recently had a total knee replacement and was having difficulty getting his knee fully straight. This pack was ideal to use to relax his hamstrings.I am a chartered physiotherapist and I knew exactly what I wanted the delivery was quick the product exactly as described. Wheat Bags Eye Mask - My eye surgeon suggested that I buy this to ease the symptoms of meibomian gland disfunction. I ordered the product on a Thursday and despite being quoted 4 to 7 days they duly arrived on Monday morning. The instructions for warming them in the microwave could not be clearer.
