This was more of a practical xmas present for my son who has Crohn's Disease, so suffers with loads of stomach aches. He is a football fan so I thought it was a bit more fun than the other more old fashioned types. The eye mask is not for me but for my dog who needs warmth on his eyes every day to improve the quality of his tears. I have started using it but he needs time to get used to 5 minutes a day. It is a nuisance that it is microwave only as I don't have one but I can warm it sufficiently on the radiator. The lavendar perfume is very pleasant and I hope calming for him too. I bought this for my nan who has a bad back and added pictures of us all as a family together so when she’s feeling sorry for herself and in need of a bit of TLC she can see this and it will remind her that we all love her and cheer her up!
