I ordered the neck and shoulder wheaty bag for my partner who has a lot of pain in that area due to doing a lot of driving. I opted for the additional lavender to aid relaxation. This eye pack was purchased for my recently diagnosed blepharitis....and after one use, my eyes stop being swollen: a miracle! I recommend this product to anyone...it helps you relax, and is made of a 100% natural items. One little improvement needed: sowing n2 elastic bands on each side to attach it to your ears, for extra comfort and autonomy of movement (I wanted to walked around, but had to hold it all the time). I purchased the Eye Heat pack with Linseeds, as advised by my optician, to help alleviate the discomfort I am experiencing with dry eye syndrome or MGD. I'm not sure why these weren't recommended sooner as I have had the problem for years and the relief of just the warm eye pack is so soothing. I'm using the pack twice a day and have found it to be of enormous benefit. It's also good to use to help relax after a busy day too. I find this product fantastic. It lays just beneath my pillow and every night I get into bed I drape it round my neck and within minutes it is warm and cosy, and remains so all night, so any draught cannot get near and give me a stiff neck,(I used to suffer a lot from this).I never need to heat it and by morning it is like laying on a hot water bottle.I have worn one out already! Brought this to put in the crate of our new 8 week old Labrador pup - unfortunately I didn't order it in time for the first night so we had a sleepless night. Love the colours of this cushion and it's quite comfortable to use and usually 50 seconds in my microwave leaves it warm enough for my purpose. It beats using warm damp flannel on my eyes - I am trying to settle blepharitis - can't say it's cured it but that could take a while by all accounts I have read anywhere.
