I've tried various aids for this ailment over a number of years with the only medical treatment being painkillers which have to be restricted in use. My problem lies mainly in the lower spinal region and although I've tried other manufactures of heat packs none have given the simple relief that I get from my Large Wheat Bag. (Myra S., 25/09/2013)

I have Trigeminal Neuralgia, which is nicknamed the suicide disease as it is considered to be the worst known pain to man. After failed brain surgery my facial nerve is now damaged and I cannot bear it to feel even slightly cold. Normally I can't tolerate anything touching my face but these are perfect. They keep the left side of my face warm and sit there like a very warm, cozy cushion. I've recommended them to everyone and I back here to buy 2 more! Thank you. Brilliant to have them this size! Purchased a Wheatybag a few weeks ago and we are very pleased with it. Especially like the dual purpose usage of hot or cold and the quality of the product. The product was delivered really quickly. The post office sent it back before we had time to collect it!! The company emailed me, I emailed back and it was sent out again immediately. Bought 1 super large wheat bag to put heat onto sore arm the heat lasted a lot longer than using a hot water bottle, heats really quickly and easy in microwave, so impressed with wheat bag that with in a week I ordered a second wheat bag, also liked how you can personalise then would definitely recommend wheatybags products (Jackie, 18/09/2013)

Both my husband and father suffer from neck, shoulder and back pain. My father suffers from Arthritis and uses the larger heat pack regularly as this gives relief not only around his neck and shoulders, but also down his back. I love these Bagpuss microwave toys.  They sell and sell every Christmas and through winter as they are made to the higtest quality and by a very reputable factory we have used for many years.  These hot toys are made in lovely soft fur and will not dissapoint anyone receiving them. I ordered a fleece eye mask because my eye has been watering intermittently for a while, when it arrived I had been sent a cotton one so I contacted wheatybags and they very kindly sent me the fleece one free of charge, it turns out after trying both I prefer the cotton one! I have used it every night and now look forward to 10 mins of relaxing with the lovely lavender smell, my eye is also much improved, I don't know whether this is down to the eye mask but I'm certainly not going to stop using it to find out! I thought a wheat bag was just that. This one however is sewn into compartments so that it doesn't all fall onto one side of my neck. I love the very soft fleece cover that is removable and washable and I can relax with the beautiful scent of heated lavender. This is the best wheat bag ever. The bag itself is divided up into three areas so instead of all the wheat going to the ends, you get an even coverage. These hand heat packs are a great help in combatting the nerve damage in hands and feet due to the type of chemo I am on for the second time. They are quick and convenient to heat in a microwave, relieve pain and further damage and aid recovery. Unfortunately the first order was dispatched but did not arrive. Shaun the Sheep wheaty bag is exactly as described - super cosy and cute. This was a present to myself but it would make a great gift for adults and children alike! My back and shoulders are very bad. I am using a combination of things to fix it. But the wheat bags have worked very well, they retain heat for long than gel bags in my opinion and do not pop when the temperature in the microwave is to high unlike gel bags.  (Tendai Phute, 28/08/2013)

I bought my 86 year old dad this cushion as it is a neck and back cushion. It fits both perfectly as he had a back injury which flares up frequently but also suffers with arthritis in his neck and shoulder. He's really pleased with it and it seems to be easing things up to now. We know it will be a long haul but any improvement is a bonus. I highly recommend this product and the smell is divine! I think the eye heat pad is great. I'd been using a hot face cloth before and it was a bit of a nuisance. I've only been using the pad a few weeks but find my eyes are a lot better. I'm glad I ordered the cover to go with it as I feel it will make it last longer. (Irene Russell, 07/08/2013)
