This is excellent for helping with pain in my knees, the seam across the middle helping to roll it around my leg. It works as well cold from the freezer as it does warm from the oven. I happened to use my mother's heat pad on my neck when I was in pain and it gave instant relief. So I ordered this one. I just pop it in the microwave for 3 minutes, fit it on the back of my neck and .. I won't say choirs of angels sing ... but almost. The pain relief is amazing. If I could make a new one however I'd make it a bit deeper so it goes further down my back, but that can easily be achieved by moving it down a bit. By the way it also makes an excellent cold weather scarf! The heat lasts about 40 minutes. (stressed tess, 27/11/2013)

I bought these as handwarmers to keep in my pockets when working outside and they do the job perfectly. They are also quite light and could also be used for the head or neck as heat therapy too. Could also be popped into wellingtons or ski boots to warm them up before putting them on, so they are useful little things! Great value for money. (DMK, 23/11/2013)

As I have a shoulder problem my physio recommended I use a wheat pack, but the one I had didn't sit easily on my shoulder. The large bag is sewn in triangular sections which makes it easy to fold and heat in the microwave. A simple idea and it works well. The way it has been sewn allows it to wrap around a joint more easily without the wheat grains dropping into one end - they remain distributed over the surface of the pack. The cover is a smooth poly cotton and is robust, and easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth if needed. I would recommend this as it works really well (DMK, 23/11/2013)

The neck and shoulder wheat bag is a good example of a pain reliever for the neck and shoulders. I have a very stiff and painful neck which is due to the inefficiency of the first two vertebrae of the spinal column. The wheat bag is heated in the microwave oven for three minutes and then inserted into its blue cover, suitably identified in white letters, 'Stephen's Own'. This means that the wheat bag is used only by Stephen, and not by others. It gives me relief from the pain, and I recommend this product wholeheartedly. (Stephen, 20/11/2013)

Really enjoy using this product, easy to heat in the microwave and comes out at a comfortable heat to pop on eyes and relax for five minutes.
