A great heat compress for eyes - This is a great heat compress for my eyes. 30 seconds in the microwave leaves it a nice heat which gently/slowly cools. The weight is good and creates a little pressure to help with the heat compress. (Adam, 27/02/2020)

Beautiful looking heat pack - Both my husband and I treated ourselves to two of these beautiful looking and extremely comfortable bottle shaped heat packs. Great for both Yoga and Pilates - Namaste! As a full on Yogi, I am pretty picky about what I use when meditating and have found these great. Best bolster for my yoga class - I run a yoga class and bought 1 of these to test and it's one of the best bolster pillows I've seen. Cheaper ones are out there but they fall to bits after a few classes so I've now invested in 10 of these UK Made Bolsters and they look amazing. Warmers when cold - Got these for my wife who had a spell in hospital recently. Wasnt sure if they would warm them up in hospital but they did in the microwave and she was lovely and warm at night. Huge hot water bottle - Loved this for my daughter, she's only 12 and took this to bed with her every night after Christmas when we gave it to her... it's almost full body length for her and can't recommend these long hot water bottles enough. Best ever eye warmer - Love this, I have dry eyes and this heat pack is so good, its has millet seeds inside which I like a lot as they feel much smaller than some contents and rest on my eyes really well. WArm Toes - Wheat bags so much better than actual hot water bottles. I was very pleased with my order-the free one included made it value for money. Just kne suggestion- the covers do need some type of small fastening. I have used velcro to prevent the opening parting company. Otherwise very satisfactory. The best pillow thus far - Recovereing from recently broken ribs, I had some jip with my old boingy mattress so replaced it with a memory foam mattress. This proved a little too firm, for my liking and the huge variety of pillows I tried, all gave me an aching neck - hard memory foam, soft memory foam, fibre-filled or feathers, all had issues. So I decided to try a buckwheat pillow and I have to say it is great. It is not too high, creates a supported dip for your head, like a bean bag but doesn't get hot or wrap round your head. Some people complain about noise but I can't say it's noisy at all, more like the soft crunch of your foot on fresh snow. Could possibly use a little more filling (though that is an option).
