I fully recommend these wheatybags - I fully recommend these wheatybags. I was told by the optician to place a hot flannel on my eyes to help with dry eye. Highly recommend for those with neck/ back pain. - Desk based and get lots of lower neck/ upper back pain from tight muscles. This is great to ease the pain and allow muscles to be stretched out better. Sometimes turn upside down and use for lower back. Easy to heat and clean if needed. What a great product - What a great product . I suffer from shoulder and back problems and get relief from heat .
