Holds the heat - These may be pricey, but the quality and weight is amazing. They hold their heat for ages. Even after a couple of hours one could still feel a wee bit of residual heat. It is worth getting a cover. The fleece is great. (Nigel , 15/12/2020)

I like this! - I have a lot of trouble with my neck and shoulders and this T shaped heat pack really gets to that awkward area between my shoulder blades in a way the standard shape doesn't. Effective and Relaxing - Love this wheat bag. Its big enough to be functional over any required area if body or just as a hot water bottle equivalent.
