This particular wheaty bag was recommended to me by my massage therapist who had also purchased one for herself many years ago. This pad is good, it extends a little way down the back so heat isn't just in the shoulders. It's easy to heat in the microwave, and you can move about whilst wearing it, which is more than you can do with a plug-in electric pad. And I like the choice of colours! (Moira, 15/09/2025)

I wanted a wheat bag for my daughter who suffers a lot with period pain. Unfortunately she doesn’t like the smell of lavender, which made it difficult. I was delighted to come across wheatbags when doing an on line search, made all the more special with being personalised with her photos.
