Great replacement for a traditional hot water bottle - I was sceptical as to whether this would work as well asa traditional hot water bottle. You don’t get that initial too hot feeling the a gradual cooling. Instead you get a “just right” radiant heat that lasts ages. Really good product, well made and no unpleasant smell from the wheat. Good for upper back warming - Ordered this for someone with Parkinson's on advice of their neurophysio to warm and loosen upper back and neck before doing physio neck exercises. Pack is well made, with a good weight to it and retains heat well. We found this T shaped pack works better for the upper back than the neck. We found the oblong pack (49cmx15cm), which we also ordered, is better for the neck itself as it sits higher and wraps around the neck better. Also appreciated the fact it has been made in the UK. Bagpuss - Bagpuss is lovely. He is very soft, smells beautiful, and heats up nicely. He might need a few extra seconds in the microwave, but I keep to the instructions.
