Great company - Bought this for my dog as he'd had an operation and needed hot and cold compresses putting on the wound site as it healed. This worked a treat as it wasn't too big and I could shape it round the dogs tummy . Ordering was easy and delivery very prompt. The bag was as described. (Carol Parkin, 09/05/2025)

Relief - I always suffered with a back problem but the last few years it’s got worse but I was told told about heat bags so I’ve tried one and up to now Wheatybags had been one of the best because of its size. I use mine every single day and would be lost with out it. (Sue H, 09/05/2025)

Absolute necessity! - My 88 year old mum cannot do without her wheat bag. They are durable and hardy as she is constantly warming the bag in the microwave. It is the main thing that helps relieve her arthritic pain in her back and shoulders. (Linda, 09/05/2025)

Did the job well - I pulled a muscle in my back and was advised by a physio to use paracetamol and heat. I wanted a British made product and found this site. I ordered the larger size without measuring and found it bigger than I needed but it was serviceable if a little unwieldy, especially in my small microwave. The product itself is well made and smells lovely when heated. Delivery was prompt and the item was well packaged. I recommend the company without hesitation. (Michele, 05/03/2025)

Excellent. - I held off reviewing my small wheat bag until I'd used it for a few weeks. It's really useful and I'll be ordering a few more (the fabric covering is natural and comfortable, and can be cleaned - I use an old toothbrush with soap and then with warm water) but eventually it looks tired. I bought the product to ease my temperomandibular disorder (nasty jaw pain) and it's much better than synthetic packs I have tried. It's comfortable, as I mentioned, and more mouldable to the body, and the nice, natural, gentle smell really helps when you're feeling achey and wretched. (milkorplain, 19/02/2025)

Wearable Lower back warmer. - Bought this large lower back warmer & cover which you can strap on for stiff painful lower back especially in cold weather. The Velcro adjustable cover is great for wearing whilst sitting watching TV or standing at home. Very soothing and warming after 2& 1/2 mins in microwave. Easy to get cover on & off too. Comforting - A very nice comforting, and JOLLY, wheatybag. LOVELY for stiff cold shoulders and an aching neck. A nice damp heat from the wheat, which is so much more effective than dry heat. (Think saunas) I would recommend to anyone who is troubled by these winter ailments, like me. Only takes a few minutes in the microwave to heat up. What's not to like? (Sarah W, 06/02/2025)

Excellent - I had been using my previous segmented wheat bag on and off for 20yrs same shape as this one, with removable cover but slightly longer (which was better that bit longer)! And 20 yrs ago I probably paid the same for it, as they were pretty new things then! But it finally expired over heating and scorching! So I thought I will try a quite expensive rechargeable one that I didn’t have to reheat every 20mins when my old shoulder/neck injury flared up. But as lovely as it was, it didn’t create enough heat to hit the spot nor heat up around my neck or support my neck like the old fashioned wheat bag does! So back to the old faithful standard removable real cotton cover (no personalised logo) exceptional quality, lovely lavender smell. Two came in cheaper than the rechargeable one that didn’t do the job nearly as well. The price of this pair was exceptionally good value…..you can’t beat a good quality wheat bag like this one! Great for headaches! - I bought this after a friend suggested using heat might help my headaches. It works like a charm, relaxing the muscles around my eyes and smells gorgeous too. My only suggestion would be that the fastening strap should be bigger to allow a looser fit. (Lizzy, 05/02/2025)
