Ive got a muscle in the middle of my back which goes right up my spine into my neck. When i googled searched this website came up. Although i thought the bags were a little pricey at first, i did get them on a deal which was better value. I love the bags, i use the back one but i also keep the shoulder one in the freezer just in case. The service was great, quick delievery and the bags are very well made. I actually ordered one of the Pet Pillow heat packs for myself, as it's a good-sized square, with removable washable cover, which I had named. The product is robust and very well finished, while of course providing glorious warmth! I shall certainly be buying again from Wheaty Bags when the need arises (Veronica, 13/02/2012)

My wheat bag came the next day, less than 24hrs after ordering. So impressed at how quick I got it! I have shoulder pain following surgery last year. I'd looked at the single-use heat pads in the chemists and realised that was going to cost a fortune in the long-run. I had a WheatyBag custom made to hang over my shoulder, partially filled so that the heat pad was where I needed it and the rest helped to hold it in place. Works perfectly. I suffered a trapped nerve in my neck at the beginning of January 2012 and was looking for some pain relief along side the drugs I was taking. I found the website and ordered the neck and shoulder wheat bag. Delivery was quick and the fact that the bag moulds itself to your neck and shoulders was fantastic. I recently purchased an Upper Back, Shoulder & Neck pad because my Physio had recommended that I gave them a try. I spend most of my working day on the road driving, that's the main reason that I have neck and shoulder problems. This is a great product. If like me you suffer from upper back and neck stiffness from working at a desk all day and hold tension aruond here this is perfect! I've used a wheat pack for my shoulder for a long time, but recently i've been getting a lot of tension headaches.
