Great item - I bought this as I already have a wheat bag I bought years ago but wanted one for each leg. The quality of this item is so much better than my old one, I ordered it to come with a poly cotton cover which is really useful in case it gets dirty. What I really like is that the bag is in sections so when you place it on you the wheat is evenly distributed and doesn't all bunch up at one end like my old one does. Bought in anticipation - Having purchased an original bag for my mother in law some time ago, which was much appreciated, I didn't hesitate to replace my 'old bag', not made by WheatyBags, with one for myself in readiness for colder weather!! Lovely and cosy little cushions. - I purchased these to heat and place on my hip which had been sore and for Tetzies Syndrome (Inflamation of the cartilage in the ribcage). Could not do without my wheatybag - My first bag I bought was in November 2012, and it lasted for about 6 months, I'm now on my second bag. I suffer from a muscle condition of the neck and shoulders and working on a computer all day at work, makes the pain worse and the wheatybag heated up realieves the pain. my mum thinks this item is excellent - my mum has been suffering lately with arthritis in her upper back. I bought her the neck and shoulder wheatybag and it has really helped her. Warmth to my aching joints! - A superb item. Because of the bag having three sections the wheat does not settle at one end when placed over a joint, so much easier to drape over my side to rest on my hip. I would recommend this to anyone who needs warmth/cold on any joint. (Duni2, 06/06/2013)

Great for neck pain - I got one of these cushions on my wife's encouragement as I often get a stiff neck and shoulders, leading to headaches. I am really impressed by the relief offered by this heat pack, and by how comfortable it is as a cushion. I went for the lavender scenting, as recommended by some other reviewers, and it's a really nice bonus to have. I would recommend this product to pretty much anybody. (Dan, 29/05/2013)

Eye cushion - I have been told 5 weeks ago by a consultant at hospital that I had blephitis and a blocked duct; he instructed me to to follow a series of procedures including the use of artificial tears for 6 weeks and then to have an operation to clear the duct. About week 3 I recalled the wheat filled pads from some distant memory and thought it would be more efficient than using cotton wool pads in hot water to hold over my eyes. I ordered one and after 4 days of use, my eyes are fine and are, so far, behaving normally. I am very pleased and relieved. (M. Bland, 22/05/2013)

Good news for my neck and upper spine - I am carrying a couple of very old whiplash injuries which occasionally flare up and my neck and upper spine go very stiff. I needed something to put some warmth into my back and neck. A hot water bottle would only do half the job, it would leave the sides of my neck uncovered. I knew exactly what I wanted, something like a wheat bag but in the shape of a 'T' so it could wrap round the sides of my neck.
