It does the job for me!

I recently purchased an Upper Back, Shoulder & Neck pad because my Physio had recommended that I gave them a try. I spend most of my working day on the road driving, that's the main reason that I have neck and shoulder problems. I now come home at night, pop the bag in the microwave, place it on my shoulders and it does the job it was meant to do very well! I am very impressed and highly delighted.
