Good coverage

I own about half a dozen different heat pack type products but bought this T shaped one after an argument with a crash helmet aggravated an existing neck problem. It gives great coverage and really soothes the whole upper back/neck/shoulder area. Too heavy to sit with at my desk at work, but perfect at home lounging on the sofa or in bed.
