Brilliant relief for Fibromyalgia pain in hands!

I have severe Fibromyalgia and I get terrible pains in my hands- these smaller bags are great to hold in my hand comfortably, or place on top of my hand, and relieve some of the pain- the size and shape is perfect and they hold their heat for just the right amount of time. Will be buying more!
