At the time of writing the heating and care instructions are as follows.

• You should surface clean the bear regularly with a damp sponge or cloth and dry before use.
• As a guide heat for 2 minutes in a 600-800W microwave and for 90 seconds in a 850-1000W microwave although times may vary.  Always see packaging for instructions.
• If the product is overheated then it should be allowed to cool down to room temperature.
• The heat pack should not be given to children under the age of three and should be used only under adult supervision.
• If the bear becomes worn or damaged you should throw it away in regular household waste.
• Always follow the microwave guidelines on the box to avoid burning or overheating.
• Avoid prolonged contact with the skin as this could cause burns.
• PLEASE DO NOT OVERHEAT THE PRODUCT.
