Can the Wellness Set be used as a travel accesory to take on holiday.

Yes. The Wellness set contains an eye mask and neck relaxation pack as shown on the images and we see no reason why it cannot be taken on holiday. Other travel pillows may provide better support for sleeping while on your travels as this neck cushion is designed more for warmth and relaxation.

Do I have to microwave the neck pillow ?

No. The wheat filled rest can be microwaved in accordance with the instructions on the pack for relaxation though this is optional.

What is the gel pack inside the eye masks for ?

The gel pack inside the eye mask can be removed and cooled in the freezer or fridge if required as this can provide relxation to the eyes though is entirely optional. The eye mask can easily be used without the gel pack to save weight when travelling and using it as a sleep mask.

Please refer to the packaging with the gift box for the manufacturers instructions on microwave heating the neck rest.
