How long does it take to heat in the microwave and is it safe?
The BeanyBelly is perfectly safe, each item is made with expert care. Always check the labels on the packaging as times may alter for your microwave. Only reheat from room temperature.
Can I put the beanybelly in the washing machine?
You can surface clean the product regularly with a damp sponge but it is not recommended to use a washing machine as it can be damaging to the seeds.
What happens if I microwave it for too long?
If this happens it is important to check if the item is giving off a burnt smell. If this is the case it is advised that you discard the product and purchase another.
